Work out the par level
Par is how many sets you hold per bed or room. Operators commonly hold several sets per bed: one in use, one in the laundry, one on the shelf, plus reserve.
Fix the specification
Agree sizes, fabric, weight and colour against your actual beds and bathrooms, then approve samples.
Plan the timeline
Allow time for samples, approval, production, shipping and first wash before opening day.
